Folioo divides professionally managed properties into bricks. Folioo holds the legal title to each property, and by holding bricks you receive contractual beneficial-participation rights proportional to your holding — along with a matching share of the rental income.
Bricks are not shares, equity, or tokens. Your ownership is recorded on a fully auditable trail, and every property carries title-deed verification and an independent valuation.
