What is a brick?
Each property is divided into a fixed number of bricks. A brick is the smallest unit of participation — buy one or many. Holding bricks gives you contractual beneficial-participation rights proportional to the bricks you own, and a matching share of the rental income.
The brick price is all-inclusive — acquisition costs and fees are already built in, so the price you see is the price you pay. The minimum purchase is one brick; there is no maximum.

Rental income is distributed to your Folioo wallet monthly, in proportion to the bricks you hold. From your wallet you can reinvest into new properties or withdraw.
What fees does Folioo charge?+

Do I need to complete verification (KYC)?+
Yes. Before your first purchase you complete a quick identity verification (KYC) in line with AML requirements. You can browse the marketplace freely before verifying.
Can I have a say in how a property is managed?+
Yes. Brick holders can vote on governance proposals for the properties they own — for example, major maintenance or a proposed sale. Voting weight is proportional to bricks held.
